I’m a 20-something based in Tampa, Florida, passionate about learning languages. I’ve been doing it for a long time, on-and-off since high school, but I always ran into the same obstacles.
- Inconsistent studying
- Overwhelm over the sheer amount of concepts to learn
- Confusion over which resources to use
- Fear over speaking
And then I realized why I can’t learn languages the way everyone else can.
I realized why there are so many language learning resources out there.
I realized why I couldn’t stick to it and reach my goals.
I was looking at famous polyglots and other outspoken language learners who were talking about the methods they use to learn their languages. I took all these different strategies that work for all these other people and I kept trying to apply them to my life.
Why didn’t it work? I’m not them.
I realized that language learning is a deeply personal journey, that depends on a whole bunch of different factors.
- Goals
- Likes and dislikes
- Budget
- Lifestyle
- & more
That’s why I kept hitting roadblocks. That’s why I couldn’t do the things that all these other committed language learners could do.
I was trying to do things that work for people that are different from me.
So I looked at my life and reworked my language learning strategy, which is exactly what I help you do.
I’m here to give you a direction, to help you figure out what it is you need to do, and how, so that you can finally say you learned a language.
